Fun: Our Rim of the World High School drama club will be preforming "The Music Man" this evening, 
tomorrow and Sunday afternoon. So come on out and support these talented young people. The Music Man is about a fast-talking traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys' band he promises to organize.

Facts: One of our most famous mountain families is the Henck Family. They moved to the San Bernardino mountains in 1923. Some of their accomplishments were establishing schools, organizations and, my childhood FAVORITE place to go, SANTA'S VILLAGE, which was built in 1955. Santa's Village is now nothing more than a logging yard....but MY memories still remain intact. Another fun Santa's Village story.
