Kat in Lake Arrowhead: Way to keep the home buyers and home seller in the Lake Arrowhead CA area up to date on the housing market. How is the real estate business in the Lake Arrowhead area?
Michelle: Well, the market is "rough" like it is in most places, but on the upside, I am getting new buyers all the time. AND, they are seriously looking to purchase, though they are a tad nervous about the economy. So, all in all, I think the market is beginning to turn, slowly, in a good direction.
The biggest bonus for me is, that three new clients have found me on AR this past month!
