Doing great! Thanks for asking. So, I would love to stage it and let you sell it at full price and reep the benefits! Now, if you could just get a hold of the owners so we could sit down and have a talk with them, that would be wonderful! You know staging is a lot cheaper than a price reduction and on a house at that price a reduction is usually in the 100,000's! OUCH!
