Thanks for the reminder! I had forgotten about that!
Cristal: My grandmother's brithday was on Flag Day, or I most likely wouldn't remember either. Thanks for commenting.
Kat, very cool reminder. By the way? I haven't forgotten my Super MeMe, just haven't been inspired yet. ;-)
Hi Kat,
Oops! I forgot to put my flag out before I left the cabin, and I won't be up this weekend! Oh well, I will be sure to fly it extra high at my full time residence. Thanks for the reminder! You keep me on my toes, Kat; your like my very own personal assistant! LOL
Teri: You'll get inspired... in your time. Thanks for checking in.
Hi Michelle: Hey, don't worry about it--you're really not supposed to leave it (flag) out at night anyway. I don't mind being a personal assistant, but I sure wish the pay was better. LOL
Kat,
Forgot that you have to take the flag down at night and raise it back up in the morning. Where has my flag etiquette gone! By the way, as soon as I hit the lottery, I'll be sure to get you on payroll!
I won't be forgetting this day, because it's my 2 year old's birthday AND my grandma's birthday, too! :) Nice post...
Ah, I see my bride beat me to the punch (above). We could all stand to show off "Old Glory" more than we do these days....
Kat,
I fly the flag at my home. It is an honor.
Michelle: Happy Birthday to your 2-yr old! My grandother was also a Flag Day baby. Thanks for visiting!
Greg: Yes, she did!!! LOL
Chuck: I'm with you 100%.
