Nice report for Lake Arrowhead. BTW, it's one of my favorite places since I was a kid. I'm a little surprised your median price isn't a little higher. For some reason I thought it was a little more pricey.
Lynda: A good reason to buy now...before they start climbing, right? Honestly, though, we have such a wide range of homes, cabins and lake fronts, in the woods, out of the woods, that is why the median price is what it is. It is so difficult here to really get a handle on the correct "median" prices. Comping can be a real bear!
