The main focus of the article is the difference in a home's actual price and what it SHOULD cost--are the LOWEST in four years. Another words; Homes in some states are MORE afforable. The states this article has listed include: California, Michigan and Florida with the best gains for affordability.
Now I don't know about you, but any good news is GOOD news. The media has been clobbering our industry for quite a while now and I'm READY to hear some positive verses their constant negative. Read all about it below:

Your right that this is great news and like usual the Press is months if not a year behind in reporting that it is a great time to buy. We all know what will happen next, the Press nationwide will announce that its the best buyers market in years (this will occur sometime early next year) and for most of the nation, I believe we will be already swinging out of the-Buyers market and back to a Sellers Market! So once again they will be behind in reporting the news.
