Ahhhhhhhhhhhh...spring is "almost" here. In fact, this weekend we (in CA) change our clocks to "Spring Forward." I LOVE spring! The weather is changing and we should be changing our business practices. It's a perfect time to send out mailings to clients, to your farm area and spere of influence! Just a simple message like, "It's time to start planting those flowers." They all know, and have heard, that the market "isn't up to par." YET. BUT, they need to be reminded that this is actually a perfect market in many ways. !!
- Buyers: Prices are down, rates are down and inventory is plentiful.
- Sellers: It's a wonderful opportunity to list. Give the house a spring cleaning, air out the winter blues, plant some flowers and get it listed.
- AGENTS: Wipe off your OPEN HOUSE signs, bring your laptop or a good book and...
Enjoy the weather. And, YOUR business!
