And every year, this fabulous event is the largest fund-raiser in the Lake Arrowhead Communities! So, mark your calendar and purchase your tickets NOW.
September 17th, you won't want to miss the FRIDAY VIP NIGHT, held at one of the company I work with, MOUNTAIN COUNTRY REALTY'S listings, XANADU, a gorgeous 1938 lakefront estate in Winter Cove. This event is $80.00 per person and includes a no-host bar, food and a ticket for the Home Tour on the following day!
If you're unable to make the VIP Friday Night event, that's okay; you still can come enjoy the Home Tour the following day, Sept. 18. Tickets for the tour are only $25.00 (if purchased before the day of the tour) or $35.00 the day of the event. Tickets gives you admission to four beauties (one is available by boat only). After the tour, you are free to stop in at the Burnt Mill Beach Club for a wine and cheese reception.
Homes on tour: XANADU (VIP Friday Night), The Bendis Home, The Harrison Home, The Loomis Home, The Gardener Home and, new this year, three historic Cottages at the UCLA Bruins Conference Center!
