Hi Kat,

Good reporting, I like the way you're able to break it down by median price vs. average listing price.

I just had a discussion with our MLS about the same thing last week. The only way we can do that is to lump our condos and single family homes together. But I'd imagine almost everything in your area is would be single family, correct? One relatively small condo project near the village I think?

Lynda: Lumpy condos with residentials is not a good way to go.
