Boaters, get your motors runnin'.... I mean paddles warmed up and ready for the DRAGON BOAT RACING Clinic at Lake Gregory on Saturday, July 10, 2010. Tomorrow will be an event to help teams prepare for the show-down races on August 14, 15, 2010.
San Bernardino Parks & Rec will be hosting their 4th annual
Lake Gregory Dragon Boat Race in August. It actually began a few years ago with a couple of boaters and some park visitors who teamed up to challenge each other. Now, it's a two-day event with 400 competitors (as of last year).
So come on up, come on out and watch the teams practice for their big day.
