Your Lake Arrowhead Realtor would like to share some "fun stuff" with you.
We recently took a few days off and got outta Dodge (Lake Arrowhead). And after our visit to Lake Havasu, we drove on Historic Route 66 to Oatman Az. What a hoot this little old 1800 mining (gold) town is. You'd think a tiny, in the middle of nowhere spot would be nothing more than a ghost town...NOT so. The day we dropped by, Oatman was busy getting ready for the Harley Run to Laughlin.
Oatman is located in the Black Mountains of Mohave County AZ. When the old miners were here, they brought in pack burros. Today, the descendants of those early burros are all over town; friendly and waiting for a hand out (carrot). The locals have given them all names. If you're ever in this neck of the desert," stop by...it's fun and well worth it. Enjoy my trip.

Your title grabbed me Kat !!
Christine: LOL, I thought it might get attention.
hi Kat,
What a charming place....
I would love to visit there. Such an intriguing history and nice to see they have preserved the old buildings.

That would been a great time in that city; the history alone would be great
