IF you're thinking about selling your Crestline/Mountain home, keep in mind, you want a company/Realtor who can get your home ALL the exposure possible. A "Private" Board has limitations (ask me about those limitations). You want a company in your corner that supports getting your property the THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPOSURE. I am a proponent of our MLS Board merging with the large MLS Boards off our mountain so ALL my clients have ALL the advantages. I believe that is why clients hire me... I put them FIRST.
