Kat, it looks like the sale prices indicate that the lower priced homes are selling except for the lakefront area. Love those lakefronts, they usually hold their value! It looks like they sell faster too!!! Hope you snag a few of those sales!
Good morning Caren: You're so right. The lower priced homes are being bought, though I am seeing a trend toward higher priced places. And yes sirree, those lakefronts rarely lose their value. Wish I had one. :-)
