Not everyone is looking to buy a Lake Arrowhead home, some folks actually want to purchase a Lake
Arrowhead condo. There are many reasons they may prefer a condo over a house: The kids have left the nest and they're scaling back. Need less home. Want less maintenance. Don't want to worry about shoveling snow in the winter. Check out the list & chart below and see what we have to offer in different condo associations; how many and how much.
Currently prices are ranging from the low $100,000's to the high $900,000's.
- Lucerne Villa Condos are on the north side of lake, near Tavern Bay Beach Club and are one of the least expensive. The HOA's are approx. $150 a month
- Lake Arrowhead Chalets are on the southeast side of the lake, and you have access to their pool, club house and a "day use dock," just across the street. HOA's are approx $345.00 mo.
- North Bay Condos are located on the northwest side of the lake off North Bay Rd. HOA's include use of pool, exercise room, tennis, spa and are approx $350.00 mo.
- Village Condo's are at, as the name says, The Village. Walk to Stater Bros and shops below. Many come with a dock, a garage, use of the pool and are gated. HOA's are approx. $375.00
- Lake Resort Condos are to the left of Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. These are the newest condos, most come with a garage and have a dock, and are walking distance to Burnt Mill Beach Club, The Village and Staters Bros. HOA's are approx. $420.00 mo.
- Edgewater Condos, on the southeast side of the lake, some are lakefronts, with a sandy beach and a docks & garage. HOA's are approx $350.00 mo.

Hi Kat. Do you run into resistance over condo maintenance fees? I do here in Hawaii where they are admittedly high and can approach $2,000/month. Hopefully yours are much less.
Hi Richard: We do run into HOA fee resistance... and they can be pretty steep, so it's hard to argue sometimes. But nothing even close to yours. WOW! Ours range from $150.00 to a little over $400.00
