These reports are taken from the MRMLS (MLS) & IVAR (MLS)  MLS BOARDS off the mountain, BECAUSE our Local Board is "private" (CLOSED). IF you're thinking about selling your home, keep in mind, you want a company/Realtor who can get your home ALL the exposure possible. A "Private" Board has limitations.  I belong to several "off the mountain" Boards so I can get your HOME THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPOSURE.
