The real estate market in the San Bernardino towns of Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Running Springs and Big Bear is changing by the day.  Inventory is down, which many times makes prices begin to go up. Don't wait until it's too late, check out some of the listings yourself @ LakeArrowheadKat
