Joan: There certainly is something for everyone! :-)
Charles: It is high, but that is because of the current economy and it also depends on the price range. Homes under $300,000 are on the market a lot less days.

Surprised to see that Big Bears stats are lower than Lake Arrowheads as far as the Median Price and the List Price!
