Our inventory is down considerably from last year at this time. I "think" that is a sign the tide is slightly turning. I've been showing a lot of property and writing a lot of offers. My buyers are ALL telling me they "are sure it's a great time to buy." I AGREE!

You deal with Lake Arrowhead and I deal with Arrowhead Lake. One is in CA, the other in PA. If you Google search Arrowhead Lake, you get both on the same search page. Just though it was a funny coincidence.
