Monday Evening Market Report for Lake Arrowhead

I've been saying for a month or so, that we're seeing a little change (for the better) in our local market. Fewer listings and more sales. The hottest ticket is the $300,000 and under price range, where we've had more repos, and those repos are getting scooped up by ready and willing buyers. My two cents!
Below are figures reflecting areas from Crestline to Green Valley Lake.

Kat - Looks like business is booming in Lake Arrowhead in every price range!
This is good news....we are moving down here too. I took a client to a new REO tonight and must have been joined by 10 different agents with clients while we were there. Crazy! I don't know if things will slow down once the tax credit is over...we'll see.
Donna: We certainly have a price range for every budget, that's for sure.
Karen: Nope, I don't think the first time buyer credit (when it is over) will slow the pace we're seeing.
