The Yellow Rose of Texas by Mitch Miller.  Times sure have changed. Last year on my birthday the #1 song was "SexyBack" by Justin Timberlake.  I'd take Mitch Miller anytime.

I don't remember listening to the radio when I was born. ;-)

However I do remember listening to the radio when I turned 13, just about the time I really became interested in girls. The website says on that day the #1 song was Big Girls Don't Cry by Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.

I know all the words.
