Ironically it is The Sound of Silence by Simon & Garfunkel...
I never shut up!
forgot to add my own... duh (senior blond moment). Here's mine... "Cry" by Johnnie Ray & the Four Lads
NOW I feel really "old" er
yeah--I've been wondering about that group that had the weird hair-dos.... think anything ever became of 'em?
"Can't Get No Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones....if it were 2006 it'd be "Promiscuous" by Nelly Furtado....boy, neither of which fit me at all!
The Chipmunk Song, my favorite. I still even know all the verses.
"Christmas Christmas time is here...." Lucky for you there is no sound. It wouldn't be pretty.
Thanks for the fun!
I don't remember listening to the radio when I was born. ;-)
However I do remember listening to the radio when I turned 13, just about the time I really became interested in girls. The website says on that day the #1 song was Big Girls Don't Cry by Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons.
I know all the words.
Joddie: Thanks for playing along...
Jennifer: I LOVE the Chipmunks!
Larry: Good ole Oldie But Goodies....
I shouldn't have looked - "Bridge Over Troubled Water" - That does explain a lot - lol
