the beautiful Tavern Bay Beach Club. FACT: The Village (business district) was purposely burned down in 1970 and was rebuilt to what it is today. The Pavilion, which is where you'll find my fav' Mexican restaurant, Papaguyos, was the only building spared.

Hi Kat, I like in this format you sprinkle the fun event and a local fact about the area in with your market report. It livens up the whole presentation for the area!
