Kat, the vacant land prices are so interesting. You just have to love those waterfront prices!!! I think a lot of people have the dream of living on water, but I think it has to be the main priority because you sure have to give up a lot of house and pay a much higher sales price on the water to make that dream come true. The opportunities are certainly there now to get a great deal on the water here, either on the Fox River, Fox Chain of Lakes, or any of the smaller lakes in Northern Illinois. This IS the time to make that waterfront dream come true!
