I like short and sweet and karma is not too bad either. Even when you do good and get nothing out of it at the time, it will come back to you in another form. You reap what you sow.
So my rotten day yesterday was a good day in my mind. Walked into a brand new listing of mine and there was an inch of water on the first floor. Spent the next two hours getting trades to come to the house to vacuum the water out of the house, pull carpet....get air blowers....as my client is in China. Then I go to another of my listings in which my client was in India. The sink was clogged in the kitchen and reeked of curry. It was an awful sight and smell. So I spent an hour taking apart the pipes and cleaning out the pipes and then cleaning the sink and odor.
Perhaps some would say that it is not my job....but in the circumstances, I felt it was.

Tim: Sometimes s#&* just happens, also, which is most likely the case with you yesterday. BELIEVE ME, I've had plenty bad things happen to me and I think "Oh brother, what did I do to deserve this?" Everything is relative. I BET you're going to have a great day today!!!
